2025-2026 Aspiring Principals Academy
Participation in the GAEL Aspiring Principals Academy is designed for current Assistant Principals or newly named Principals looking to take their leadership skills to the next level. This unique professional development opportunity provides comprehensive training that equips aspiring principals with the necessary knowledge and skills to become effective educational leaders. Through interactive experiences, practical training, and mentorship from seasoned administrators, participants gain a deep understanding of school leadership, instructional best practices, and school culture. The academy provides a supportive environment that fosters growth and encourages participants to stretch beyond their limits to achieve their career goals. By participating in the GAEL Aspiring Principals Academy, individuals can become well-prepared and confident educational leaders, ready to take on the challenges of transforming their schools into successful and high-performing institutions.
Cost:
$975 - includes complimentary membership in GAEL and an affiliate (GAESP, GAMSP, GASSP) or participant's choice for 2025-2026.
$725 - for current 2025-2026 GAEL/affiliate members.
