Coaching Conversations
Whether you are an instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, or district office leader, coaching
conversations are the best way to develop, improve and optimize performance. In the Coaching Conversations
workshop, participants will learn and demonstrate a 5-step performance-based coaching process and four
critical coaching skills.
