After completing the training, please scroll to the bottom of this page and follow the instructions below to receive your certificate of completion.
Important:
GAEL is using the event registration process in place of a traditional survey for reporting and data collection purposes. Your registration serves as verification that you completed the training and provides the information required for certificate documentation.
Deadline:
The deadline to complete the training and receive your certificate is October 1, 2026.
Steps to Receive Your Certificate
- Log in to your GAEL account
- Select the $0.00 – 2026 GAEL Hearing Officer Certificate
- Complete all required registration questions (These questions serve as the official completion survey and verification form.)
- Submit your registration
- After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access your certificate
- Open the certificate link included in the confirmation email
- Confirm that you completed the training
- Enter your first and last name along with the completion date
- Click “Next” to generate your personalized certificate
- You may then download, save, or print your certificate for your records
