Building Leadership Capacity through Coaching

This course will include interactive and engaging activities that will be implemented through practical application of the collaborative coaching cycle and may be used in the participant’s daily work life. Upon completion of this course, participants will have a clear understanding of what coaching is and is not. Participants will also understand the research behind coaching’s impact on employee engagement and retention. Various appropriate coaching models will be explored by participants, selected, and utilized in an active coaching cycle. Coaching cycle will be completed after the training date with 3 follow-up checkpoints consisting of on-line/virtual discussions in July, September, and October. Digital badge will be issued to participants upon completion of the coaching cycle in October.
