The Georgia Association of Elementary School Principals and the Georgia Association of Middle School Principals will hold their annual Fall Principals Conference on November 16-18, 2014 at the Savannah Riverfront Marriott Savannah, Georgia. You are invited to participate as a conference exhibitor and/or sponsor and share information on your product and services with elementary and middle school administrators from across Georgia.
Exhibit Schedule
Set up: November 16, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 pm
Exhibits Open: November 16, 2:00-5:00 p.m. and November 17, 8:00 a.m. –4:00 p.m.
Exhibit Information:
- Exhibit space size is 6 feet by 6 feet.
- Each space is provided with one 6ft. skirted table, two chairs, & one trash can. If you need more than 6 feet, please request additional space.
- Spaces will be assigned on November 16, prior to set up. Exhibit booth spaces are neither pre-assigned nor assigned on first come-first serve basis. Assignments are made in accordance with need (electricity, phones, etc.) and exhibit product.
- Signs are limited to booth space only.
- Deadline for requesting space is November 7th 2014.
- A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to remain until closing, on November17th at 4:00 p.m.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a door prize.
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities - President’s Reception (Nov. 16th )
