The 2024 G-CASE Special Education Legal Forum is designed for all educational administrators, coordinators, teachers, psychologists, and others involved with educating students with disabilities. Presenters are state and nationally recognized legal professionals who specialize in special education law, along with state leaders providing updates on current legislation, GaDOE information, and more.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Due to commitments to our facilities, meals, and partners, all cancellations for the Conference on or after February 20, 2024 will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email Sarah Burbach, G-CASE Executive Director, (sburbach@gael.org) to cancel.
Substitutions of persons attending the conference are allowed. Please notify Sarah Burbach (sburbach@gael.org) of the substitution so that the appropriate printing of the substituted name badge and billing will be made. A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the conference safely, according to CDC guidelines, government mandates, or similar reasons. In this case, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applied, and you will retain membership in G-CASE. If you desire a refund, G-CASE will refund the conference portion of the registration.
