Sponsorship Information:
- Silver Level - $1000.00 (includes booth/electricity & recognition in the program)
- Gold Level - $1,500.00 - (same as Silver plus company logo in program)
- Platinum - $2,500.00 - (same as Gold plus handout distributed to conference attendees)
- Partner - $5,000.00+ - (same as Platinum plus one minute speaker opportunity to general session, one newsletter article emailed to members, and logo posted on the GAESP/GAMSP websites)
Exhibit Information:
- Exhibit space size is 6 feet by 6 feet.
- Each space is provided with one 6ft skirted table, two chairs, & one trash can. If you need more than 6 feet, please request additional space.
- Setup is any time on Sunday October 22, 2023 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
- Reception on Sunday with our sponsors/exhibitors from 5-6 pm.
- Exhibits are open Sunday afternoon until 6pm and Monday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Signs are limited to booth space only.
- A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a door prize.
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities
- GAESP/GAMSP reserves the right to refuse exhibits of products/services deemed inappropriate for the conference.
- Exhibit booth cost is $500.00 without electricity
- Exhibit booth cost is $550.00 with electricity

The Cancellation Policy is as follows and acknowledgement is required during registration: Please note our conference cancellation policy: Due to commitments to our facilities and partners, cancellations are subject to a $125.00 until October 1, 2023. After October 1, 2023 the full fee can be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Please email Hal Beaver, hal@gael.org to cancel.
