Payment Options: All fees must be paid before the conference by check or credit card. Livestream registration is also available. Livestream coverage includes all content provided in the main ballroom. Payments by check should be mailed to the GAEL office at P.O. Box 6445, Athens, GA, 30604.
Cancellations must be received in writing before October 3, 2026 at 4 pm to be considered for reimbursement. After the cutoff date, we will provide the Livestream link if you are unable to attend in person. There are no refunds for the GASPA membership fee. Contact Stephanie Dobbins if a cancellation is required before the deadline or if you need additional assistance (sdobbins@gaspa-hr.com) No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
