Onboarding and coaching for new principals and veteran APs is an investment in their success and the success of their schools. Our Boot Camps offer a blend of personal, professional, and emotional support tailored to the unique challenges of the principalship, fostering leadership skills that have a direct impact on school effectiveness and student achievement. Our coaches will also work with principals to ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement plans, monitoring processes, and adherence to local, state, and federal expectations.
The Boot Camp Framework consists of the following:

- Successful Execution of CSIP for Superior Results
- Access to the New Principals Playbook to kick off the school year
Pricing: (all options includes s 2024-2025 GAESP Membership)
- Boot Camp Only: $250
- Boot Camp + 3 Coaching Sessions: $500.00
- Boot Camp + 6 Coaching Sessions: $750.00
- Boot Camp + 9 Coaching Sessions: $950.00
- Coaching Sessions Only: $150/session

Cancellation policy: For the 2024-2025 GAESP New Principal Boot Camp, cancellation and/or refund requests will only be considered if received 10 days before the selected session. Cancellation request must be in writing and emailed to Dr. Jolie Hardin, jhardin@gael.org. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Acknowledgement of this cancellation policy is required during registration.
