Exhibit Information:
- Exhibit space size is 6 feet by 6 feet.
- Each space is provided with one 6ft. skirted table, two chairs, & one trash can. If you need more than 6 feet, please request additional space.
- Spaces will be assigned on October 12, prior to set up. Exhibit booth spaces are neither pre-assigned nor assigned on first come-first serve basis. Assignments are made in accordance with need (electricity, phones, etc.) and exhibit product.
- Setup is any time on October 12, 2016 before 4:00 P.M.
- Signs are limited to booth space only.
- Deadline for requesting space is October 5, 2016.
- A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to remain until closing, on October 13 at 4:00 p.m.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a door prize.
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities

- GAESP reserves the right to refuse exhibits of products/services deemed inappropriate for the conference.
- Exhibit booth cost is $350.00, $375.00 for booths with electricity, $325.00 for an additional booth
