The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their fall 2019 GASPA Conference on November 11 - 13, 2019 at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. All Business Partners are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $750 includes a six foot exhibit table, a Monday evening reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative requires a $125 fee. Exhibitor set up is Monday, November 11, 2019 from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on Monday, November 11 at 5:00 pm on the oceanfront lawn and continue through 4:00 pm Wednesday with door prize give aways! Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.
Hotel reservations can be made online at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. Cutoff date when rooms are released to the general public is Thursday, October 10, 2019. Standard room rate is $45, Resort View rate is $145, Partial Oceanview rate is $160, and Oceanfront rate is $175. There is a limited number of rooms in each category so reserve rooms early.

PLEASE NOTE: Online credit cards payments are available. Online registrations after November 1, 2019 will need to use the credit card option. All payments by check must be received by November 1, 2019. Online registration CUT OFF is November 4, 2019.
Payments by check should be made directly to the GAEL office at P.O. Box 6445, Athens, GA 30604.
