#2 Time Blocking for Instructional Leaders

Overview:Great leadership begins with great time management. However, time management is a misnomer because it really is self management. This session equips school leaders with time-blocking and reverse time-blocking strategies to prioritize instructional leadership. Leaders will design days ensuring that they are able to visit classrooms, increase coaching opportunities, and focus on staff development.
