This first event is FREE for SSTAGE Members and complimentary with Membership Renewal for 2022-2023. Participants will learn how to examine current initiatives and competing priorities to streamline teams; include all stakeholder groups; establish consistent, clear and firm expectations of roles; and share responsibility among a large group of leaders.
