The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce two webinars as an opportunity for you to collaborate and gather valuable resources you can use. The fee for the entire series is free to GASPA members and $50 for non-members.

The Georgia public school system contracted educator has certain rights under Georgia law – do you know how to adequately apply Georgia law when it comes to non-renewals and terminations? What role does “tenure” play? And what solid performance management practices should you engage in before taking action on a contracted employee’s employment status?
These questions and more will be answered during this one-hour webinar, along with the tools to use to separate employment of classified staff. While Georgia is an “at-will employment state,” there are plenty of hurdles to overcome to successfully manage a classified employee separation.
