King and Prince Resort
The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their Fall 2017 conference on November 13-15, 2017 at the King and Prince Resort. All vendors are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $750 includes an exhibit space/table, an evening reception, breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative requires a $125 fee. Exhibitor set up is Monday, November 13 from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on November 13 at 5:30 pm. Exhibits open Tuesday with breakfast at 7:30 am. and continue through 4:15 pm on Tuesday. Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.
Hotel reservations can be made on line at the King and Prince. Cutoff date when rooms are released to the general public is Thursday, October 12, 2017.
Standard room rate is $125, Resort view rate is $140, Partial ocean view rate is $150, Ocean front rate is $160 and 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Ocean Villas can be shared by two guests at a cost of $205 each.

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration allows check or credit card payments. On-line registrations after October 24 will require payment by credit card. All payments by check must be received by Monday, November 6, 2017. On-line Registration CUT OFF is November 6th.
