The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their GASPA 2021 Fall Conference on November 8-10, 2021 at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. All Business Partners are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $750 includes a six-foot exhibit table, a Monday evening reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative requires a $125 fee. Upgraded sponsorships are available. Please see the attached guidelines. Exhibitor set up is Monday, November 8, 2021 from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on Monday evening at 5:00 pm on the oceanfront lawn and continue through 4:00 pm Tuesday with door prize give aways! Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.
Hotel reservations can be made online at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. Cutoff date when rooms are released to the general public is October 7, 2021.
Standard room rate is $157, Resort View rate is $157, Partial Oceanview rate is $173, and Oceanfront rate is $189. There is a limited number of rooms in each category so reserve rooms early.

PLEASE NOTE: Online credit cards payments are available. Online registrations after October 29, 2021 will need to use the credit card option. All payments by check must be received by October 29, 2021. Online registration CUT OFF is October 29, 2021.
