The $2100.00 registration fee covers all sessions, materials, and includes a complimentary 2024-2025 GAEL Membership & Affiliate Membership of your choice.
The instructional focus of this institute is on core literacy leadership and a survey of best practices in literacy instruction aligning with the Georgia literacy initiative. Participants will learn how to coach and build capacity with stakeholders, monitor effective literacy practices, and build community partnerships focused on positive literacy outcomes. There is a livestream option for attending this training, however, the pricing is the same for livestream/in-person participants.

Sherry St. Clair, president of Reflective Learning LLC, is the author of Coaching Redefined: A Guide to Leading Meaningful Instructional Growth. She coaches instructional leaders globally, with the aim of helping administrators, coaches, and teachers create the optimal learning environment for students. Cancellation Policy: Due to commitments to our facilities/partners/affiliates and the limited number of registrations, no cancellations will be allowed after September 6, 2024. Registrations are subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00. (cancellation fee will be waived for those who retain your 2024-2025 GAEL and Affiliate Membership) Cancellations after September 6 will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the event will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations MUST be in writing. Please email Cindy Flesher, cflesher@gael.org, to cancel. Acknowledgement of the cancellation policy will be required during registration.
