2025-2026 New Principals Institute
The GAEL New Principal Institute offers a comprehensive, year-long leadership development for principals in their first through third year of the principalship. Through hands-on, practical learning experiences and coaching, participants will master essential skills in instructional leadership, school culture & change, and school operations & development. Through this concentrated program, participants will develop into confident leaders equipped to transform their schools into high-performing institutions.
Cost:
$975 - includes complimentary membership in GAEL and an affiliate (GAESP, GAMSP, GASSP) or participant's choice for 2025-2026.
$725 - for current 2025-2026 GAEL/affiliate members.
*Included in the registration fee: complimentary registration for 1 fall conference for GAESP/GAMSP/GASSP & complimentary registration for the 2026 GAEL Winter Conference.
