$1,400.00/per leader that wishes to be coached (includes a 2026-2027 GAEL Membership)
The coaching cycle begins August 1, 2026 and ends May 31, 2027 and includes 9 coaching sessions.
GAEL Executive Coaching Program partners with districts to support their leaders with individual coaching sessions that are goal focused and performance enhancing with alignment to district strategic goals and school improvement goals. Districts will choose the leaders they wish to be coached. Once registration is complete Kerensa Wing will reach out to participants to schedule an onboarding appointment.
