2018 Spring GASPA Conference

May 30 – June 1, 2018

The King and Prince Resort Beach & Golf Resort

The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their Spring 2018 conference on May 30 – June 1, 2018 at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort.  All business Partners are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $750 includes an exhibit space/table, an evening reception, breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative requires a $125 fee. Exhibitor set up is Wednesday, May 30, from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on Wednesday, May 30 at 5:30 pm on the oceanfront lawn.  Exhibits open Thursday with breakfast at 7:15 am. and continue through 4:30 pm on Thursday with door prize give aways!    Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.

Hotel reservations can be made on line at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort.  Cutoff date when rooms are released to the general public is Sunday, April 29, 2018.

Standard room rate is $149 Resort view rate is $164, Partial ocean view rate is $179, and Oceanfront rate is $194. Two bedroom/two bath private ocean villas with living room and kitchen areas provide an option for two individuals to share the unit at a cost of $250 each. There is a limited number of rooms in each category so reserve rooms early.

PLEASE NOTE:  Online registration for this event is available including credit card payments. On-line registrations after May 1, 2018 will need to use the credit card option.  All payments by check must be received by May 15, 2018.  On-line Registration CUT OFF is Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
