- Bronze Level - $700.00 - Recognized in the program
- Silver Level - $1000.00 - Same as Bronze plus a certificate of appreciation
- Gold Level - $1500.00 - Same as Silver plus company logo in program
- Platinum - $2500.00 - Same as Gold plus a link to your company on the GAESP or GAMSP website - Booth with Electricity Included
- Partner - $5000.00+ - Same as Platinum plus speaker introduction, newsletter articles - Booth with Electricity Included
*NOTE: Exhibit booths are not included for Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorships. They must be purchased as an additional item. Due to social distancing, only 25 booths will be available. Please register early to secure your space!
Exhibit Information:
- Exhibit space size is 8 feet by 8 feet.
- Each space is provided with one 6ft skirted table, two chairs, & one trash can. If you need more than 6 feet, please request additional space.
- Spaces will be assigned on October 24, prior to set up. Exhibit booth spaces are neither pre-assigned nor assigned on first come-first serve basis. Assignments are made in accordance with need (electricity, phones, etc.) and exhibit product.
- Setup is any time on Sunday October 24, 2021 before 3:00 P.M.
- Reception on Sunday with our sponsors/exhibitors from 5-6 pm.
- Exhibits are open Sunday afternoon until 5pm and Monday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
- Signs are limited to booth space only.
- Deadline for requesting space is October 20, 2021
- A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to remain until closing, on October 25, 2021.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a door prize.
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities
- GAESP reserves the right to refuse exhibits of products/services deemed inappropriate for the conference.
- Exhibit booth cost is $450.00 without electricity
- Exhibit booth cost is $500.00 with electricity
* Please note our conference cancellation policy: Due to commitments to our facilities and partners, cancellations are subject to a $75.00 fee up to one week before the event. After that, the full fee can be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Please email hal@gael.org to cancel. If the conference is cancelled due to state or federal regulations, you will receive a credit for your full fee. A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2021 Fall GAESP/GAMSP Conference safely, according to CDC guidelines, government mandates, or similar reasons. NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference will be applied.
