Important Note: The GASPA conference will begin at 8:30 am on Monday, November 6th and conclude at noon on November 8th. We will offer both breakout and general sessions. Here’s a preview of what to expect:

Click here for GASPA hotel reservations at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. GASPA rates are for check in on Sunday 11/5/23 and check out on Wednesday 11/8/23. Rooms will be full well before the cut-off date of October 4, 2023.
Standard room rate is $170, Resort View rate is $170, Deluxe rate is $187, Oceanfront rate is $205, and Premium Oceanfront Rooms are $270. There are a limited number of rooms in each category so reserve rooms early.

New - The King and Prince will enforce their 14 day cancellation policy. (If you cancel after October 22nd, then you will be charged.)
If the King and Prince is full, Hotel Simone is the closest option; there are no special rates for GASPA.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 13, 2023 at 4 pm for reimbursement. After the cutoff date, we will provide the Livestream link if you are unable to attend in person. Contact Stephanie Dobbins if a cancellation is required before the deadline or if you need additional assistance. (sdobbins@gaspa-hr.com) No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
Due to catering commitments, after October 22, 2023, there is a $50 fee to switch from in-person to Livestream.
