All remaining vendor exhibit spaces are located in front of the Retreat Room at the King and Prince. Conference participants will utilize the Retreat Room and all participants will be encouraged to visit all vendors.
The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their 2023 GASPA Spring Conference. All Business Partners are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $800 includes a six-foot exhibit table, a Wednesday evening reception, Thursday breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative is $175. Click here: upgraded sponsorships are available.
Exhibitor set up is Wednesday, May 24th from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on Wednesday evening at 5:00 pm on the oceanfront lawn and continue through 4:00 pm Thursday with door prize giveaways! Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.
PLEASE NOTE: Online credit card payments are preferred. All payments by check must be received by April 26, 2023. Online registration closes May 5, 2023. Payments by check should be made directly to the GAEL office at P.O. Box 6445, Athens, GA 30604.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received prior to May 3, 2023, at 4pm to be considered for reimbursement. After May 3rd, registrants will be moved to the livestream option.
