Join over 300 special educators from around the state as we come together to learn, share, grow, and connect at the GaCEC Annual Conference! Our target audience includes special education teachers, paraprofessionals, pre-service educators, Administrators, MTSS and Section 504 Coordinators, Registered Behavior Therapists, school, and district leaders.

Exhibit Set-up times: June 6, 2025 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Exhibit Break-down times: June 7 after 3:30 p.m.
Registration will close on May 1st or when full. Conference fee includes two-day conference, breaks, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, access to all vendors/exhibitors, and keynote addresses each day from national and state-recognized speakers.

Hotel Reservations Open: January 6, 2025 & close on May 5, 2025 or when full.
Cancellation Policy:Due to contracted commitments for facilities, meals/snacks, and partners, cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee up to two weeks/fourteen calendar days before the opening day of the event. After that, the full fee will be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Sarah Burbach, G-CASE Executive Director (sburbach@gael.org). Substitutions of persons attending the conference as exhibitors/sponsors are allowed. Please notify the G-CASE Executive Director (sburbach@gael.org) of the substitution so that the appropriate printing of the substituted name badge and billing will be made. If the conference is canceled, G-CASE will refund your entire sponsorship fee. Once you have registered as a Sponsor or Exhibitor for the 2025 GaCEC Conference, you will receive more information regarding timelines for submission of logos, slides, etc.
