Plans currently include an inspiring three-day conference, live in Savannah. An array of excellent keynote presenters; timely and informative breakout sessions highlighting exemplary practices, GaDOE initiatives, and trending legal issues -- along with high-quality exhibitors, an exciting FREE Carnival, social events, awards, door prizes, and a Silent Auction -- have been planned to give you the opportunity to network, learn, and leave refreshed and ready!

Member Registration: $575
Non-Member Registration: $675 (includes 2025-2026 G-CASE Membership)
The Conference fee includes a 3-day conference, 3 catered buffett meals, refreshments and beverages throughout the conference, a free nighttime Carnival with food and drinks, access to all vendors/exhibitors, and a Silent Auction, as well as several keynote addresses each day from national and state-recognized speakers.
Note: Annual G-CASE Membership is from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026

Cancellation Policy: Due to commitments to our facilities, meals, and partners, all cancellations for the Conference made on or after November 2, 2025, will incur the full registration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email sburbach@gael.org to cancel. Substitutions of people attending the conference are allowed. Please notify Sarah Burbach, G-CASE Executive Director (sburbach@gael.org) of the substitution so that the appropriate printing of the substituted name badge and billing can be made. Cancellations before November 2, 2025, are allowed, but the $100.00 G-CASE Membership fee will still be charged so that membership in G-CASE does not lapse. A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2025 Fall G-CASE Conference safely, according to CDC guidelines, government mandates, or similar reasons. In this case, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applied, and you will retain membership in G-CASE. If you desire a refund, G-CASE will refund the conference portion of the registration.
