2020 G-CASE Spring Conference – A Special Education Legal Forum

Join us for the Special Education Legal Event of the Year!  The 2020 G-CASE Special Education Legal Forum is designed for all educational administrators, coordinators, teachers, psychologists, and others involved with educating students with disabilities.  Presenters are state and nationally recognized legal minds who specialize in special education law and Section 504, along with a carefully selected panel of our own Georgia Special Education Administrators who will discuss best practices going into possible litigation, GaDOE’s Zelphine Smith-Dixon, and an important legislative/TRS update from GAEL.

Due to contracted commitments for facilities, meals/snacks, and partners, cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee up to one week/seven days before the opening day of the event. After that, the full fee will be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee.  Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Ginny Smith (gsmith@gael.org) at GAEL.  Substitutions of persons attending the conference are allowed. lease notify the G-CASE Executive Director (sburbach@gael.org)  of the change so that the appropriate printing of the name badge and billing will be made.
