Keynote: Wellness and Cultural Shifts to Combat Teacher Turnover

Speaker: Jill Molli, Chief Growth Officer, Conscious Discipline

The experience includes one keynote address and two interactive breakout sessions focused on building resilience and strengthening emotional intelligence.

Teacher turnover isn't just a staffing issue - it's a culture and wellness challenge. In this energizing, practical keynote, participants will explore how to create the emotional safety, connection, and stability educators need to stay, grow, and truly thrive. Grounded in the principles of Conscious Discipline, the session begins with an inward look at how personal , leadership beliefs, and everyday interactions shape the climate of the school.

Through powerful stories, reflective moments, and ready-to-use strategies, participants will learn how to shift school culture from reactive and burned out to connected, resilient, and empowered. Attendees will leave with concrete tools to strengthen staff well-being, deepen trust and community, and create a workplace where teachers feel, seen, valued, supported- and inspired to stay.
