We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for registering to attend the upcoming 2027 GAEL Winter Conference, scheduled to take place from Jan. 31 - Feb. 2, 2027, at the Classic Center in Athens
(physical address: 300 N. Thomas St, Athens, GA 30601).
Please take note of the following essential information for a smooth and productive conference experience *subject to change*:
1.Booth Setup:
- Arrival Time: Sunday, Jan. 31, 2027, starting at 10 a.m.
- Booth Ready: Ensure your booth is set up and ready by 3:00 p.m.
- Booth Breakdown: You can begin breaking down your booth on Monday at 3:30 p.m.

2.Conference Schedule (subject to change):
- Start Time: The conference will commence at 2:00 p.m.
- Break: An additional break is scheduled for Sunday at 3:40 p.m.
(Please be present and at your booth for this break to maximize your time with attendees.)
- Reception: Join us for the reception starting Sunday at 5:20 p.m.
(Kindly avoid scheduling client dinners until 7:00 p.m. or later to allow attendance at the reception.)

Includes: One Booth, Electricity, Quarter-Page Advertisement (4.25" x 5.5"), & 3 Booth Staff

Cancellation Policy: Due to commitments to our facilities and partners, cancellations are allowed only up to January 5, 2027. Cancellations prior to January 5 are subject to a cancellation fee of $250.00. Cancellations after January 5 will incur the full fee. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Please email Ivy Young at iyoung@geal.org to cancel. Payments is due on January 5, 2027. IF you have not paid your booth will be resold.
If GAEL is forced to cancel the conference because of federal or state restrictions, you will receive a credit on your account for all fees paid.
