Due to financial commitments to the facility and catering services, cancellations on or before December 2 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. After December 2, the full registration fee will apply. No shows will be charged the full registration fee. Cancellations must be in writing and submitted to Ginny Smith at gsmith@gael.org.
