The 2023 GAEL Summer Conference Committee invites you to join us at the 50th Annual Summer Conference of the
Georgia Association of Educational Leaders.
The EXPO Hall opens on Sunday afternoon July 9, 2023 and closes on Tuesday
afternoon, July 11, 2023.
Booths
in the Main EXPO Hall and side halls are 8'x8'. Booths in the front lobby are reserved for top level sponsors. Spaces are available in the side halls of the convention center, but may have less traffic than the Main Hall. Sponsorship and/or early registration and payment is your best chance to secure a booth in the area that you prefer.
Exhibits may be set up from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9. Installations MUST BE complete by 5:00 p.m. Due to the Wine and Cheese Event, late set-ups are not possible. If an exhibit is not set up on Sunday, the space may be re-sold to another vendor. Exhibit removal may begin after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11. If you cannot commit to these time requirements, your booth application may be denied.
Registration will be open from February 1, 2023 - May 31, 2023 or until spaces are gone.
NOTE: Unless you are a GAEL Business Partner, booth invoices must be paid before a space will be assigned!

Cancellation policy: No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted after June 6, 2023. Cancellations before June 2 are subject to a $100.00 fee. Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent via email to Ivy Young at iyoung@gael.org. In the event that federal or state virus guidelines prevent us from holding the conference, you will receive a credit. Refunds will be available at your request.
