Join the Georgia Association of Elementary School Principals (GAESP), the Georgia Association of Middle School Principals (GAMSP), and the Georgia Association of Secondary School Principals (GASSP) for the first-ever Georgia Principals Conference!
This statewide event will bring together 500+ principals, assistant principals, and other building-level leaders from every corner of Georgia for three days of networking, professional learning, and collaboration. As a sponsor or exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your organization, build meaningful relationships with school leaders, and demonstrate how your products and services support Georgia's schools.

Exhibitor/Sponsorship Information & Fees
Pricing:
- Exhibitor Booth - $500.00 (includes 1 booth and 2 booth reps)
- Bronze Sponsor - $800 (includes 1 booth, logo in the program, 2 booth reps)
- Silver Sponsor - $1,500.00 (includes 1 booth, logo & 1/4 page ad space, 4 booth reps)
- Gold Sponsor - $2,500.00 (includes 1 booth, logo & 1/2 page ad space, 4 booth reps)
- Diamond Sponsor - $5,000.00 (includes 2 booths, logo & full page ad space, 5 booth reps)
Exhibit Information (coming soon):
- Each space is provided with one skirted table, two chairs, & one trash.
- Signs are limited to booth space only.
- A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a door prize.
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities
- GAESP/GAMSP/GASSP reserves the right to refuse exhibits of products/services deemed inappropriate for the conference.

The Cancellation Policy is as follows and acknowledgement is required during registration: Please note our conference cancellation policy: Due to commitments to our facilities and partners, cancellations are subject to a $125.00 until October 1, 2026. After October 1, 2026 the full fee can be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Please email Hal Beaver, hal@gael.org to cancel.
