The 2017 GAEL Summer Conference Planning Committee invites you to join us at the 43rd Annual Summer Conference of the
Georgia Association of Educational Leaders.
The EXPO Hall opens Sunday afternoon July 8, 2018 and closes Tuesday
afternoon, July 10, 2018.
Due to increasing attendance and the need for more meeting space, we
have had to reduce the number of booths in the main EXPO hall. Booths
in the Main EXPO Hall and side halls are 8'x8'. Booths in the front lobby are reserved for top level sponsors. Sponsorship and/or early registration is your best chance to secure a booth in the
area that you prefer.
Please download the information document below. This includes important specifications for exhibitor program information, sponsor opportunities and advertisements.
Exhibits may be set up from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8. Installations MUST BE complete by 5:00 p.m. Due to the Wine and Cheese Event, late set-up are not possible. If an exhibit is not set up on Sunday, the space may be re-sold to another vendor. Exhibit removal may begin after 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10. If you cannot commit to these time requirements, your booth application may be denied.
Registration will be open from March 12, 2018 - May 30, 2018 or until spaces are gone.
