Business Partner Registration
The Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators is pleased to announce their 2019 Spring GASPA Conference on May 29 – 30, 2019 at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. All Business Partners are welcome to attend. The Standard Exhibit Fee of $750 includes a six foot exhibit table, a Wednesday evening reception, Thursday breakfast, lunch, and breaks for up to two representatives. Each additional representative requires a $125 fee. Exhibitor set up is Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 2-5 pm. Exhibits open with a reception on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 5:00 pm on the oceanfront lawn and continue through 4:15 pm Thursday with door prize give-aways!
Be sure to answer all the on-line registration questions to allow your contact information to be shared with attendees.
Hotel reservations can be made online at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. Cutoff date when rooms are released to the general public is April 25, 2019.
Standard room rate is $199, Resort View rate is $199, Partial Ocean view rate is $214, and Oceanfront rate is $229.
There is a limited number of rooms in each category so reserve rooms early.

PLEASE NOTE: Online credit cards payments are available. Online registrations after May 1, 2019 will need to use the credit card option. All payments by check must be received by May 15, 2019. Online registration CUT OFF is May 22, 2019.
Payments by check should be made directly to the GAEL office at P.O. Box 6445, Athens, GA 30604.
